The most common cause is entering the mobile number with a leading 0 (e.g., 03xx xxxxxxx) when 1lee expects the number without it (3xx xxxxxxx). The +92 prefix is already shown — you just enter the remaining 10 digits. Also check that caps lock is off and that you haven't accidentally added a space at the start or end of your password. If you've verified both of these and login still fails, use the "Forgot Password?" link to reset via OTP.

If you've permanently lost access to your registered Pakistani mobile number, you'll need to contact our support team at support@1lee.click to initiate a manual account recovery process. You will need to provide identity verification (CNIC details) to prove ownership of the account. This process takes 24–48 hours. This is why it's important to keep your registered mobile number up to date — you can update it in Account Settings while you still have access to the old number.
