1lee Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 1lee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 1lee website at 1lee.click, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 1lee platform. Continued use of 1lee following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. 1lee will notify registered players of material changes via the email or phone number associated with their account.

These Terms are written in English for the convenience of Pakistani players. In the event of ambiguity, the plain meaning of the English text as understood by a reasonable adult reader in Pakistan shall prevail.

To register and use 1lee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1lee does not permit the use of its platform by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing 1lee from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under local law. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your use of 1lee is lawful where you are located.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or organisation, or using funds that belong to a third party, without explicit written authorisation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 1lee or its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be a person who has voluntarily self-excluded from 1lee or any affiliated gambling platform during an active exclusion period.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each person is permitted to hold one 1lee account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering on 1lee, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it promptly if it changes.

• Your account credentials are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 1lee support at support@1lee.click immediately.
• 1lee may require additional verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: CNIC, proof of address, or evidence of source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

1lee accepts deposits in Pakistani rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank transfer via IBFT (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa debit card (Pakistani-issued)
• Mastercard debit card (Pakistani-issued)

The minimum deposit amount on 1lee is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are credited to your 1lee wallet in real time or within a few minutes depending on your payment provider.

1lee does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges. Check with your bank or mobile wallet provider before depositing. 1lee is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment services.

In exceptional circumstances — such as a system error or payment provider downtime — a deposit may not credit immediately. In such cases, contact 1lee support with your transaction reference and the amount will be investigated and credited within 24 hours if confirmed by the payment provider.

1lee is committed to processing all withdrawal requests on the same day they are submitted. The standard processing times by method are:

Withdrawals must be directed to an account registered in your own name that matches the name on your 1lee account. 1lee will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

1lee reserves the right to conduct identity verification and source-of-funds checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above Rs 100,000. Players are expected to cooperate fully with such checks by providing requested documentation within 5 business days.

1lee does not deduct any processing fees from withdrawals. Net winnings are what you receive. Any taxes, levies, or charges applicable under applicable law are the sole responsibility of the player.

1lee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to a separate bonus balance within your 1lee wallet.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement). This is the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each bonus offer.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). The contribution rate for each game is displayed in the bonus terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not converted within the expiry period will be removed from your account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time on your 1lee account. Accepting a new bonus while one is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.

Referral bonuses are valid only when the referred player registers for the first time using your unique referral link and makes a qualifying first deposit. Self-referral and referral of existing players are not eligible for rewards.

• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a set duration of continuous play. Acknowledgement is required before continuing.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or one week without a full self-exclusion. Withdrawals of existing balances remain available during a cool-off.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your account for gaming. Time-limited exclusions cannot be reversed before the period ends. Permanent exclusions close your account indefinitely with no reactivation pathway.

1lee may also apply responsible gaming restrictions proactively where player behaviour suggests potential harm — including patterns of very high-frequency betting, rapid deposit cycling, or communications suggesting emotional distress. Such decisions are made in good faith for player welfare and may be applied without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1lee and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one account on 1lee
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using a payment method registered to another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or exploit game mechanics
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes in any 1lee game
• Any form of chip dumping, collusion, or coordinated play with other players intended to manipulate game outcomes or transfer funds between accounts
• Attempting to abuse bonus structures through artificial betting patterns, low-variance exploitation, or hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay
• Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner consistent with money laundering or the proceeds of crime
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the 1lee support team or other players via the live chat, email, or any other channel
• Accessing 1lee from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to mask your true location

1lee employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, 1lee may place a temporary hold on account withdrawals pending investigation. Players will be notified of any investigation and given a reasonable opportunity to provide explanation.

All content on the 1lee platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, brand name, colour scheme, written content, game graphics, software interfaces, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of 1lee or its licensed content suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 1lee platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any 1lee content for commercial purposes
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 1lee software
• Use the 1lee brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation
• Create derivative works based on 1lee content
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the 1lee platform

Game content displayed on 1lee — including slots, crash games, and live casino streams — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to 1lee for display to players. Players acquire no rights to game content through their use of the platform.

1lee collects and processes personal data from players in order to operate the platform, process transactions, verify identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the player experience. By registering on 1lee, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is stored on secure servers with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards in place.
• 1lee does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
• Payment information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. 1lee does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
• Transaction data may be shared with financial regulators or law enforcement agencies where required by law.
• Players have the right to request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, and in certain circumstances, deletion of data — subject to legal retention obligations.

1lee provides the platform and games on an "as available" basis. While 1lee makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate functionality, the following limitations of liability apply:

• 1lee is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 1lee has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• 1lee is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service disruptions that affect your ability to access or use the platform.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, 1lee reserves the right to void the affected round and refund stakes. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable technical error do not represent a valid obligation on 1lee.
• 1lee's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately prior to the claim arising.

Either party may close a 1lee account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your 1lee account at any time by contacting support at support@1lee.click with a written request. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided verification requirements are satisfied. Active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

1lee-Initiated Closure: 1lee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within the required timeframe
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 1lee staff or other players
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request
• Inactivity of more than 24 months with a zero balance

Where 1lee closes an account due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is for reasons other than player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

1lee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory requirements, changes in game offerings, new payment method integrations, updates to responsible gaming obligations, or general operational improvements.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 1lee will notify registered players via the contact details associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. For non-material updates — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of players — no advance notice is required.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 1lee.click/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of 1lee following any posted amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using 1lee and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or your use of 1lee shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the first instance, all disputes should be directed to 1lee's support team at support@1lee.click. 1lee commits to investigating all disputes fairly and transparently and to providing a written response within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the 1lee support team within a reasonable period, the matter may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body or arbitration service applicable under the platform's licensing framework.

1lee aims to resolve all player disputes quickly, fairly, and with full transparency. We document all complaint interactions and provide our reasoning for any decision in writing. Players are encouraged to engage with the support process fully before considering any external escalation.
